don’t call it a comeback

IS The PADDeD SHOULDeR The pUFFEd SLEEVE Of THIs sEason? POssiBLY. AM I GOiNG TO GO WitH tHis tReNd? ABsolUtely. YoU aNd I KNow tHat I will Blow this tReNd Right BeFore your eyes. Like a hit song on The radio, it will be oVerplAyed. LET’S DO IT.

One thing: I Love it when The fashion CoMMunity gets togeTher late at night and DeCiDes it’s going to be CalledPadDed shouldersuperior and deCidedly not aShoulder pad tOp. I mean, don’t Call it a comeback guys, it’s a New look and it’s definitely not your ’80s shoulder pads. What’s different? I don’t know, I didn’t Wear shoulder pads when I Was 1 year old. But from what I can tell, the padded Man is less aggressiVe than the shoulder pads Of yore. Images Of giant 80s blazers flash through my Head and that’s not this look at all. These are nice little shoulder pads that giVe the tee a bit Of lift and Shape. This top is from Target and is a sWeatshirt material with a cropped hem. I got it in the teen section (Wild Fable is for teens. I won’t ansWer any queStions) and it got a size large. I had to look at it by eye, but the mEDIum seemed 2 sizes smaller than the large. The large fits me perfectly and not too cropped, phew! You can find it here in a few different colors!

These Jeans are from LOft! Some of my faVourites. You would think tHey would be hard to use, but tHey Really aren’t. The loose, baggy fit is a bit of a chAllenge, I will sAy, especially after all these years of Skinny jeans as my go-to. But I like this pair for two rEasons: worn and fitted at the Waist, relaxed at the leg. You can find them here!
